For extra staying power, top it with a grilled protein like chicken, steak, shrimp, or salmon.

Warm weather brings creative cocktails that are perfect for sipping on the outdoor patio. The new, and sure-to-be-popular, Grand Rosé features rosé vodka, homemade raspberry simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and peach Grand Marnier; while the refreshing Fig & Berry features fig vodka, muddled strawberries, and lemon.

While all of The Brick’s pizzas rival those of the best NYC slices, there are two seasonal summer pies you can’t miss: The Summer Pie, loaded with fresh mozzarella, juicy peaches, creamy gorgonzola, grilled chicken, and a balsamic reduction; and—for the slightly more adventurous—the Lobster Roll Pizza, featuring all the goodness of a lobster roll (minus the bun) on a perfectly crispy crust.
