THE OWNERS
A literal marriage of culinary passions enables Shawn and Dorothy Doyle – chef and manager, respectively – to execute a shared vision of fine-dining hospitality. He finds inspiration for an evolving menu of seasonal offerings from nearby fields, farms and sustainably fished waters. Using innovative techniques, these fresh ingredients are infused with lively flavors from diverse cultures. She tends the select wine list, rotating draught beer choices and creation of cocktails filled with fruits, herbs and edible flowers from the garden.
