WHAT’S THE VIBE LIKE?
With the recent addition of Executive Chef Ralph Edmonds to the Glasbern team, dining at the inn has never been as memorable as it is now. He brings with him the experience of cooking at the renowned Regis Hotel in NYC, at country clubs across the country, and for the U.S. Army in South Carolina and Germany. His focus on genuine hospitality is unparalleled.
Made with rosemary grown in Glasbern’s own herb garden, this Blackberry Rosemary-Infused Prosecco is a delightful and bubbly way to begin your evening. The restaurant also knows a thing or two about wine—it has earned accolades from Wine Spectator for its outstanding wine selection 15 years in a row.
This Butternut Squash and Baby Kale Napoleon is a seasonal flavor bomb that we couldn’t stop eating. Decked out with scrumptious arancini (made from risotto, cashew butter, and chopped cashews) and a bright beet and green apple puree, we couldn’t believe that this super-fresh tower of vegetable goodness was actually healthy—and it also happens to be vegan.
