INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large slice sourdough bread, toasted
  • 4 T guacamole (commercial or homemade)
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato, sliced
  • 3 T crumbled feta
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lime wedges

DIRECTIONS

Spread a thick layer of guacamole on the toast, overlap tomato slices across the top and sprinkle with feta. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with the lime wedges.
