Q&A with Josh Palmer, owner
When did you discover a passion for food?
I guess it’s always been in me. In sixth grade Home Ec we learned how to bake an apple pie. I came home, made a great apple pie – and demolished the kitchen in the process. That’s probably the beginning of my cooking.
