• 1 oz. gin
• 1 oz. Campari
• 1 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 large egg, preferably pasteurized
• Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Pour gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth into a cocktail shaker and add egg. Dry shake the mixture super-vigorously before adding ice and shaking to chill. Strain into a rocks glass and top with fresh nutmeg. Serve immediately.
