theMOOD Sette Luna brings the charm and sensuality of a Tuscan trattoria to a quiet downtown Easton neighborhood. The restaurant is all about warmth, with an inviting bar set beneath rustic stone arches, an intimate “Moon Room” enhanced by a central fireplace and a hip main dining room enlivened by the energy of an open kitchen. The aura is decidedly urban eatery, set to the pulse of a fun and eclectic soundtrack. Seasonal sidewalk tables and sparkling white lights complete the picture of an appealing metropolitan retreat.

theDISH The menu features the best of made-in-house pastas and inventive Italian specialties, including award-winning wood oven pizza. “We are not everyone else’s Italian,” says owner Josh Palmer. “We are not red-sauce; we are all about slow-braised meats and creative twists on classic, rustic Italian cuisine.” Traditional scratch-made dolci include a renowned cheesecake based on a recipe from Palmer’s grandmother.

theGLASS Sette Luna has garnered the coveted Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for the past three consecutive years. Sommelier Elizabeth Carlson Palmer presides over the exclusively Italian wine program, which represents every major region of Italy and encompasses sought-after vintages of classic wines. Not to be eclipsed, the bar features more than 35 specialty Belgian and craft-brewed beers along with innovative, Italian-inspired cocktails.
