The Scene
The slogan “It’s where you go!” sums up the Buckeye Tavern succinctly. This family-friendly destination, imbued with nearly three centuries of history, also knows how to party hearty with a deck that features an indoor-outdoor bar. The “Load of Mischief” room, which hosts Dinner-and-a-Show performances early Sunday evenings, is also perfect for any gathering of up to 50 people.
The Cuisine
Scratch-made homey fare – served in generous portions – runs an enormous gamut. Get your comfort on with satisfying appetizers and sandwiches, land and sea entrees and daily specials. Kick the week off with “Give Back Mondays.” Other weekdays feature Mexican and barbecue menus, plus a popular wing night. Bars pour Signature Buckeye Draft and other quality beers, accessible wines and lively cocktails.

Why did you get into the restaurant business?
I’ve always believed a successful business is about loving what you’re doing. And, I love the Buckeye… It’s where I go!
