- 4 oz. tuna steak, sliced in 4 thin strips
- 1 1/2 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 T black and white sesame seeds, mixed
- 1/2 cup cooked lo mein noodles, chilled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Lay sliced tuna flat on a clean surface and season with salt and pepper. Spread one-fourth of the cream cheese on one end of the tuna. Lay a thin slice of avocado on top of the cream cheese. Roll tuna around the cream cheese and avocado, pinching one end tighter to resemble a flower shape. Dip the wider end of the tuna “tulips” in sesame seeds, plate with noodles and serve.
