The Cuisine

Chef Tom Hunter’s New American Cuisine stirs a world of flavors into his lunch and dinner menus. Dishes ranging from casual pub fare starters to fine-dining entrees include gluten-free options. There are also hearty salads, homemade soups and well-crafted sandwiches. House specialties include premise-smoked fish, brisket and turkey. Indulgent desserts are also made on-site.

Is there a dish you enjoy cooking most?

I like making soup. There are so many parts that go into making one flavor. With soups and stews I like building a complexity of flavor, and you can use different foods you love
every season.
