WHAT’S THE VIBE LIKE?

There’s an old-school level of sophistication and hospitality at Brick Tavern Inn, with genuine courtesy and care serving as the cornerstones of the guest experience. The warm ambiance of the dining room is cozy enough for a casual get-together, yet refined enough for a special occasion.

CHEERS

You’ll find Gary behind the bar, who has 35 years of experience as a bartender—with more than a decade of those years spent at Brick Tavern Inn. Try one of the 12 beers on tap, or take advantage of his expertise by requesting a specialty cocktail. If you can describe it, he can probably make it.

WE LOVE

We can’t get enough of specials like these Chicken Wings. First, they’re marinated in pickle juice, making the meat incredibly juicy. Then, they’re dry rubbed and smoked with mesquite wood, lending a beautiful, mellow smoky flavor. They’re great on their own—and even better dipped in the spicy housemade chipotle aioli.

Q&A WITH THE BRICK TAVERN INN

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE MENU?

For starters, it’s the same menu all day, so you can come in at 11 a.m. on a Tuesday and eat like a king with a plate of the Veal Parmesan, or 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday and chow down on a New York Reuben sandwich. There’s a little something for everyone, with gluten-free and vegetarian needs happily met, and a kitchen that bends over backwards to accommodate requests. There’s even a kids’ menu that offers a children’s portion of Filet Mignon for miniature foodies!

HOW DOES BRICK TAVERN INN GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY?

During most months of the year, 10 percent of sales on Tuesdays are donated to local charities.
