Matriarch Marlene brings a lifetime of tinkering with traditional Italian recipes to the table, resulting in sumptuous sauces – including her signature “Mama’s Sunday Gravy” – homemade specialties such ravioli, manicotti and gnocchi, grilled pizza, entrees starring seafood, chicken and more, and must-taste desserts. How do you fit the image of an Old World Italian mother?
I’m always worried that people have enough food and don’t go hungry! That’s something I learned from my mother and grandmother.
