THE DISH
Meet your new favorite warm weather pasta! The Cavatelli Salsiccia features a ricotta-based pasta tossed with oil and garlic, broccoli rabe, roasted red pepper, and insanely flavorful chicken sausage that’s made in-house by Chef Sal. Wash it all down with a glass of Barbera D’Asti, a light, crisp red wine with plenty of fruit notes.
