INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz. Aperol Apertivo
  • 1 oz. Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 oz. blood orange juice
  • 1 dash grapefruit bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Prosecco as needed
  • Orange wheel for garnish

DIRECTIONS

In a shaker with ice, add Aperol, Lillet Blanc, blood orange juice, grapefruit bitters, and orange bitters. Cover and shake, then strain into glass of choice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with orange wheel. Serve immediately.
