Grille 3501 serves up more than two dozen specialty martinis. One we’re craving this summer: the Cucumber Mint Martini, a refreshing combination of cucumber-lime vodka, muddled cucumber and mint, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice.

If you’re going to start your meal with anything this summer, do yourself a favor and make it the mussels. Served in an aromatic, subtly smoky broth with chorizo and fresh tomatoes, these incredibly fresh bivalves are piled high and topped with jumbo lump crab meat—it’s basically a meal in itself.
