Widow’s Peak

  • 1 handful fresh blueberries (local, if possible)
  • 2 oz. Xplorer American Gin
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. sage-infused simple syrup
  • Lemon twist for garnish


Muddle blueberries in a mixing glass, add gin, lemon juice, pineapple juice, sage simple syrup, and ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Place lemon twist on side of glass and serve at once.
