Thai Delight

INGREDIENTS
- 3 T sesame oil
- 4 oz. slice chicken breast
- 2 oz. sliced flank steak
- 2 oz. shrimp (U21-25), cleaned
- 1/4 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 oz. fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 oz. fresh snow peas
- 1/2 oz. button mushroom, cut in halves or quarters
- 1 T cornstarch
- Jasmine rice, cooked
Thai Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 4 T sugar or honey
- 1 tsp. shacha sauce (available in Asian markets)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- Sriracha sauce to taste
DIRECTIONS
Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside. Heat sesame oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add meat and vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring to ensure even cooking. Add sauce to pan and bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch and reduce to low heat, cooking briefly until sauce thickens. Serve with jasmine rice.
