Peach Praline Pie

INGREDIENTS
- 5 medium to large peaches
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 T cornstarch
Crumb topping
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 9-inch prepared pie shell
DIRECTIONS
For the filling: Peel and slice peaches. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt together sugar brown, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir in peaches and cornstarch. Set aside.
For the crumb topping: In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pecans. Mix in butter.
To finish: Spoon peaches into pie shell and sprinkle crumb topping over the pie.
Bake in an oven preheated to 400°F for 45 to 50 minutes, until topping is golden brown. Cool before serving.
