THE DISH

In addition to pizza, this award-winning vineyard serves up incredible pasta dishes from old family recipes. The hearty Chicken Florentina features campanelle pasta, chicken, and spinach in a homemade cream sauce made with the vineyard’s very own Cayuga wine—all topped with cheese and finished in the brick oven for an extra dose of ooey gooey goodness. 

SIP ON THIS

Whatever you order, wash it down with something! We recommend a pitcher of the should-be-famous sangria, loaded with fresh fruit. Or, on really hot summer days, go for a frosty wine slushie. And come fall, ask about the hard  ciders, which are made on site from local Heckman Orchards apples. All taste even better while sitting on the deck and taking in the gorgeous woodland views.
