An express lunch menu provides quick service without sacrificing quality, and feature dishes are presented on weekends.

Were you ever hesitant about becoming a second-generation restaurateur?

I knew I was going to be here from childhood. My father started training me in the kitchen when I was 12. Now my son, who is 14, is already showing interest – and I would love to work with him.
