THE DUAL PERSONALITY
Unexpectedly, Mexico and Cuba share a common border in the corner of a suburban shopping center. But no passport is needed to travel between Casa Toro and the recently opened adjacent Mojito Cuban Bay Lounge. Sharing a menu that includes Cuban specialties, like Paella, each side has a distinct décor and atmosphere. Casa Toro is bold, bright and lively; Mojito is more subtle and soothing. THE TASTES
Numerous traditional favorites, like Sizzling Fajitas and Fish Tacos, make it hard to settle on one entrée.
