Spicy Guacamole for a Crowd

  • 5 ripe Haas avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 4 jalapenos, stems removed and minced
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced


Using a fork, mash the avocados in a non-reactive bowl (such as stainless steel, glass, or ceramic). Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
