INGREDIENTS
• 4 egg yolks (preferably pasteurized)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup confectionary sugar, divided
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
• Seasonal fruit (your choice)
DIRECTIONS
Whisk egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with the remaining sugar and vanilla extract. Fold the mixtures together and serve in small bowls topped with seasonal fruit.
(Serves 4–6)
