Seafood Combo

INGREDIENTS
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 T olive oil
- 3 tubes calamari, sliced into rings
- 3 large shrimp, shelled and deveined, tails attached
- 3 clams, scrubbed and rinsed*
- 1 dozen mussels, debearded, scrubbed, and rinsed*
- 2 oz. white wine
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce, or more to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz. of your favorite pasta, cooked and drained
*Discard any with cracked or opened shells
DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat. When garlic is golden, add calamari, shrimp, clams, and mussels to pan. Cook for 2 to 3 minute before adding white wine. Simmer several minutes, until liquid is reduced by half. Add marinara sauce to pan, bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until clams and mussels open, about 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over seafood to coat thoroughly. Place hot pasta in a large individual serving bowl and top with seafood sauce.
