Sausage Broccoli Rabe Con La Pasta

  • 1 link sweet Italian sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 oz. olive oil
  • Handful of broccoli rabe, blanched
  • 1 oz. white wine
  • 1/4 lb. fettucine, cooked al dente 
  • Pinch of salt, or to taste
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper, or to taste
  • Pinch of grated Romano cheese, or to taste


In a large skillet, sauté the sausage and garlic in olive oil until the sausage is golden. Stir in blanched broccoli rabe. Add white wine and pasta to pan and toss until well combined. Transfer to serving plate or bowl and top with salt, crushed red pepper, and grated Romano. Enjoy immediately.
