INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz. pear puree
• 1 oz. ginger simple syrup
• 1/2 oz. maple syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. Social Still Barrel Gin
• Splash of fresh lemon juice
• Lemon twist for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Pour pear puree, ginger simple syrup, maple syrup, Social Still Barrel Gin, and fresh lemon juice into a mixing glass with ice. Cover, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add a lemon twist and serve.
