Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 5 lb. 80/20 ground beef
- 3 oz. diced yellow onion
- 4 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup panko
- 2 oz. grated parmesan
- 1 T red pepper flake
- 1 oz. fresh oregano
- 1 oz. red wine vinegar
- 1 T kosher salt
- 2 T cracked black pepper
- 2 T minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
Place meat in a large bowl and mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Pour mixture over the ground beef, mixing until thoroughly combined. Portion into 4-ounce balls and place on a sheet tray covered in aluminum foil. Bake at 325°F until meatballs are at 155°F internally, approximately 25 minutes.
