McCoole’s Crab Cakes
Presented by McCoole’s at the Red Lion Inn
- 4 oz. mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 T Old Bay seasoning
- 1 T dry English mustard
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup panko (adjust quantity as desired)
- 1 lb. crabmeat
Combine mayonnaise, egg, Old Bay seasoning, dry mustard, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Add panko and crabmeat to bowl and fold together until fully combined.
Form mixture in approximately six 4-ounce patties, place on a baking sheet and bake in a oven preheated to 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Yields about 6 crab cakes
