INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 oz. Balvenie Scotch
- 1 oz. Benedictine liqueur
- 1/2 oz. honey syrup (an equal mixture of honey and water)
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. angostura aromatic bitters
- Lemon slice for garnish
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine Balvenie, Benedictine, honey syrup, lemon juice, and angostura bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir 25 times until chilled. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon flag (a cherry skewered to the lemon slice).
