- 2 oz. rosemary-infused gin*
- 1 oz. cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
- Club soda, chilled
- Fresh rosemary sprig and fresh cranberries for garnish
Shake rosemary-infused gin, cranberry juice, and lime juice with ice, strain into a Mason jar with crushed ice and top with club soda. Garnish with rosemary sprig and cranberries. Enjoy immediately!
*For rosemary-infused gin, pour your favorite gin into a wide-mouth Mason jar (pint or quart, depending on desired yield), add 2–4 large sprigs of fresh rosemary, seal tightly, and store at room temperature out of direct sunlight for 3–7 days. Taste periodically to assess flavor. When satisfied, strain and discard rosemary. Strain once more and pour into fresh jar for use.
