INGREDIENTS
- 3 leaves fresh basil
- 1 wedge lime
- 1 slice cucumber, 1/4-inch thick
- 1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
- 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. triple sec
- 1 ribbon cucumber, cut thin lengthwise for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a stainless-steel shaker, muddle the basil, lime, and cucumber. Fill shaker with ice then add the tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, and triple sec. Vigorously shake the cocktail. Using a 10-ounce glass, line the bottom with the cucumber garnish, fill with ice, then strain the cocktail over the ice.
