INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 oz. Tokaji (Hungarian dessert wine similar to Sauternes)
- 1 oz. gin (Bluecoat recommended)
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. St-Germain liqueur
- 3 ml. cardamom bitters (Scrappy’s Bitters recommended)
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- Orange peel twist
DIRECTIONS
Pour Tokaji, gin, lemon juice, St-Germain, cardamom bitters, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake 20 times and strain drink into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with orange peel twist and serve.
