Boursin-Style Cheese
Presented by McCoole’s at the Red Lion Inn
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 T dried thyme
- 1/2 T dried oregano
- 1 1/2 T dried parsley
- 1 T garlic, chopped
- 3 small green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until evenly blended, scraping down sides as needed. Transfer to a sealed container and store in the refrigerator.
Yields about 3 1/2 cups
