Blackberry Smash

INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz. fruit puree
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. Dubonnet
- 1 oz. bianco vermouth (white sweet)
- 1 1/2–2 oz. kombucha
- 2 bruised sage leaves
Fruit puree (simmer together, puree and chill):
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 bottle sour beer
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust up or down to taste)
DIRECTIONS
Pour fruit puree, vodka, Dubonnet, and bianco vermouth into mixing cup with ice, cover and shake. Strain between 2 glasses with fresh ice, then pouring half of the kombucha into each glass. Slap the sage leaves between your hands to release the oils and place a leaf on top of the two drinks.
