What’s the food philosophy? Pan-Asian fare that offers a spectrum of Asian cuisine from Pad Thai to Singapore Cashew noodles and Crispy Orange Chicken to Samosas. It’s fast-casual, but it isn’t fast food—the meat is trimmed and marinated in-house, the vegetables are fresh and never frozen, and your entire meal is made in front of you in a sizzling wok in the restaurant’s open kitchen.
