THE SETTING

Before settling in to peruse a menu filled with regional American favorites – choice steaks, Maryland crab cakes and much more – guests get to choose their preferred ambiance. Summer brings two outdoor dining areas to supplement seating in the dining room and the vintage tavern. At lunch, Jessica’s Tea Room delivers a lavish Victorian experience. Chef/owner Mark Prostko incorporates produce from his own garden into seasonally driven dishes – including baked goods topped with fresh fruits.

THE EVENTS

Dining gets a dash of drama with theatrically charged events that encompass murder mystery and themed period dinners, such as the popular annual Titanic weekend. Other events rounding out a busy calendar include “Psychic Medium Gallery” appearances by Lauri Moore, plus enchanting tea parties for the younger crowd. Adults get their own playtime during Wednesday through Friday happy hours.
