With a dynamic décor and voluminous martini list, Pistachio pioneered a new dining scene in 1996. They also set quality standards for their ingredients that are held high even today by a new management team. Sustainable local produce and meats, as well as high quality imported goods such as Prosciutto de Parma, San Marzino tomatoes and Pecorino cheese, are prominent on the menu. Everything from salad dressings to fresh-baked focaccia is made in-house.
