We offer an experience. This is our little world.
Chateaubriand, the best and thickest cut of beef tenderloin, recently joined the core menu of USDA Prime steaks. Seasoned with a French-inspired herb rub and cooked and charred in butter, the tender meat (best savored medium-rare) is finished with a red wine reduction and gentle scattering of goat cheese. At 22 ounces, this hearty entrée is also shareable—a good option when preceded by a diverse selection of multi-cultural appetizers, soups, and salads. However, that’s a personal decision between you and your steak-loving dining partner.
Bring a favorite vintage from your wine cellar (or the state store), or enjoy complimentary house wines and beer.
FORK IT OVER
The preparation of these plump and moist Sea Scallops—arguably the most delicate taste from the ocean—incorporates rich cream and earthy mushrooms for a French-style flourish. Presentation in traditional scallop shells enhances the visual impact of this entrée.
Soft lighting and a dining room with just 10 tables—including cozy half-circle booths upholstered in white leather—sets a mood of serene intimacy that elevates every meal to a private celebration. A white baby grand piano introduces an element of old-school glamour, and live music is offered each Thursday evening. Guests can feel relaxed and indulged while focusing on good company and fine food.
WHAT’S THE 411?
With influences from France, Asia, and beyond, the cuisine at G.O.L. Steakhouse encompasses such entrées as Korean-style Kalbi Ribs, citrus-glazed Swordfish, and a Mushroom Enchilada with truffles. Of course, a selection of top quality steaks heads the menu. Options include a mammoth 36-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye, and a weekly feature offers an 8-ounce Filet or 18-ounce Ribeye at special pricing.
Calamari, pork puffs, and other typically deep-fried dishes get a lighter, healthier edge with an air-fryer.
