- 2 oz. Macchu Pisco (Peruvian brandy)
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz. enriched simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)
- 1 dash Amargo Chuncho Bitters
Using a shaker combine all the ingredients without ice and hard shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and hard shake for 20 more seconds. Fine strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
