Green Green Grass of Home

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin*
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• Splash of simple syrup, to taste
• 1 cup fresh arugula
• Lime wedge or wheel for garnish

*This spirit is crafted locally by Philadelphia Distilling.

DIRECTIONS

Pour gin, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Add arugula on top (there’s no need to chop this tender, peppery-flavored lettuce), cover, and shake with great enthusiasm. Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with lime, and serve.
