• 2 oz. apple brandy
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. simple syrup
• Sugar to rim glass
• Twist of orange peel for garnish


Pour apple brandy, Cointreau, lemon juice and simple syrup in a mixing glass with ice. Cover, shake, and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass. Add a twist of orange and serve.
