Mint Chocolate Martini

INGREDIENTS

• Splash of white chocolate sauce
• 1 oz. Stoli Vanil Vodka
• 1/4 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
• 1/4 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. DeKuyper Peppermint Schnapps
• 1/4 oz. créme de menthe
• 2 oz. half and half
• 2 mint leaves
• Drizzle of chocolate sauce for garnish
• Whipped cream for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Decorate the inside of a martini glass with white chocolate sauce. Pour next six ingredients into a shaker with ice and add 1 mint leaf. Shake vigorously and strain into decorated martini glass. Using a fine-tipped squeeze bottle draw a spiral of chocolate syrup on top of drink. Using a toothpick, drag lines through the swirl to shape the decoration. (Be creative!) Garnish with whipped cream and place remaining mint leaf on the side.
