The dictionary defines zest as great enthusiasm or energyqualities permeating this restaurant.

Crab Tempura offers a luscious prelude to dinner. Jumbo lumps of sweet crabmeat get an exquisite crisp from the light batter, with pickled shallots providing a tangy counterpoint. A swoosh of warm and creamy fennel puree coats the palate with comfort without overpowering the delicate crab. Balanced and harmonious tastes, though, permeate a menu infused with international flair. Although some flavor cues come from Asia, Rabbit Agnolotti—little pasta pillows stuffed with roasted meat—counts among dishes with a distinctive Mediterranean influence.

SMILE

Fans of this special feature at sister restaurant Grille 3501, rejoice! The dish appears on the regular menu here.

SCOOP IT UP

Edamame Dumplings capture the essence of ZEST’s Asian-inspired culinary style. The wonton-wrapped dumplings, partnered with shiitake mushrooms, arrive in a fragrant pool of lemongrass-scallion broth. A vegan dish, this appetizer is sure to delight any and all palates.

ATMOSPHERE

Get a whole new perspective on Bethlehem from the rooftop floor of this new, six-story building. With two walls of the high-energy restaurant made entirely of glass, guests can drink in spectacular views from the chic, modern—and massive—bar area or dining room. For an indoor/outdoor experience, grab a table on the enclosed balcony. Rooftop seating arrives in spring.

WHAT’S THE 411?

A spirited bar scene encourages lively socializing, and a separate bar menu provides optimal snacks to pair with a fruit-driven cocktail list—which includes a signature fresh Strawberry Cosmo. With a substantial wine list and selection of craft beers, no one goes thirsty. Two private dining spaces host business functions and personal celebrations. One hosts up to 24 guests, the other up to 40.

Find free parking at an adjacent deck, and stroll across an enclosed glass bridge to enter ZEST.
