If it’s my first time, what should I order? Try a flight of five meads to find your favorite boozy nectar. The Meadery won 23 national medals since 2014, so no one will blame you if you can’t pick a favorite. The Bethlehem location has pairings with artisanal meat and cheese boards to complement the flavors.
What’s there that I can’t get anywhere else? Enjoy bold meads like the Mo-Mead-O, a mojito-inspired treat that’s crisp and refreshing or the Favorite Child, a blend of raspberries and smoky chipotle peppers. IPA fans will love the Woofiedog, a super-hoppy libation with citrus notes.
