This country club would rather be viewed as inclusive than exclusive.

Get a fix for both land and sea cravings with the Filet and Crab Cake Duo. Fresh grilled asparagus and basmati rice complement the double protein punch of a 4-ounce steak, drizzled with cabernet demi-glace, and a jumbo lump crab cake adorned with house-made, lobster-based tartar sauce. A Beam Yard Manhattan crafted with premium spirits is a natural partner. However, 24 rotating taps featuring top local flavors, craft, and imported beers supply an abundance of distinctive brews.

CLASSIC

This original recipe for hand-formed, Maryland-style crab cakes dates back to Bethlehem Steel Club days more than 70 years ago.

FORK IT OVER

Amid diverse starters, Asian Chili Shrimp is a standout. The crispy shrimp, tossed in a zesty house-made sauce and piled atop shredded cabbage, deliver a balanced bite of sweetness and subtle heat. For variety, also enjoy them in well-stuffed Street Tacos.

ATMOSPHERE

A wall of glass doors overlooking the patio and golf course gives this revamped space an airy feel. Over 100 feet of rectangular bar space—a steel truss suspended from the ceiling displays bottles and TVs—creates an upscale sports bar vibe. However, comfy booths lining the walls provide a cozy dining experience. On weekends, the adjacent fireplace-adorned Eugene Grace Room provides an intimate setting.

WHAT’S THE 411?

What’s the 411?
Built in the heyday of industry, The Bethlehem Steel Company spared no expense when constructing this magnificent landmark property. The quality still shines through in the modern Steel Club, offering multiple golf memberships, venues for social occasions of any size, and contemporary dining. Expanded amenities abound, such as a fee-free Dining Membership that includes participation in frequent (and really fun) events.

An “Owner’s Selection” of top-shelf whiskeys features such distinguished—and hard to find—tastes as 30-year-old Balvenie.
