Who’s in the kitchen?

Chef TC Winters has worked in the restaurant industry since the ripe age of 14, quickly finding his niche in the kitchen. He graduated from Northampton Community College’s culinary program and brought his chops to this family-owned and operated restaurant. His food philosophy emphasizes using the freshest ingredients possible, meaning that each component of your dish—even dicing the onions—isn’t done until you order it.

Are there any specials?

Look for weekly appetizer and entree specials, like Fried Wontons (filled with housemade bolognese and ricotta) and Pan-Seared Scallops (which are always fresh and never frozen).
