On the Plate

The upscale, protein-driven menu designed by Executive Chef Chris Noonan boasts dry-age steaks and prime chops accented with a choice of truffle butter, smoked blue cheese and bacon butter and cabernet demi-glace. Seafood aficionados can savor Blackened Scottish Salmon, Grilled Costa Rican Mahi-Mahi or such house specialties as Cast Iron-Seared Dry Scallops served with sweet potato hash, spinach, and chipotle lime butter.

In the Glass

A nattily attired bartender in suspenders and a bow tie takes your order and handcrafts a jazz-age inspired libation, such as a complex and captivating Champagne Cocktail Refined. For more temptations, head for the intimate environment of Hush, a drinks-only “speakeasy” lounge – tucked behind the restaurant – where bartenders create “bespoke” cocktails customized to personal tastes.

In the Dining Room

Take a break from the twenty-first century and relax in refined Roaring Twenties style. Mood-setting images projected on the rear wall, visible on the ground floor bar and dining lounge as well as from the lofty upstairs dining room, enhance the yesteryear vibe with black-and-white film clips and photos. Pressed tin ceilings, exposed brick walls and ductwork, and retro fixtures complete the atmospheric setting. The lighting is warm, the energy high, and the experience incomparable.
