THE DISH
The abundantly flavorful Tomato Pappardelle features homemade tomato-infused pasta, maitake and crimini mushrooms for a blast of umami flavor, roasted garlic pepper crema, and shaved pecorino Romano—all served with house-made caraway toast that’s perfect for mopping up the savory tomato broth at the bottom of the bowl. For an equally flavorful but meatier option, go for the Chorizo Sweet Potato Gnocchi, or at least start with an appetizer of Bacon Lollipops (trust us, they’re life-changing).
INSIDER TIP
With new chef Ricky Heinrichs comes a revamped menu with plenty of local flavor infused into both the casual eats and gourmet options. Case in point: The Saturday evening “market fresh” special—created with whatever he gleans that morning at the Easton Farmers’ Market—brings guests a supremely seasonal dish inspired by his finds.
SIP ON THIS
Although time-tested and seasonal cocktails (concocted with everything from local honey to bacon) and a carefully curated wine list are always available, the real stars of the beverage menu are regional brews. In fact, 10 to 12 of the 26 rotating taps showcase regional brewers, including HiJinx of Allentown, Brew Works of Bethlehem, and Weyerbacher of Easton.
