Quality protein is paramount at a steakhouse, and Corked relies on renowned meat purveyor Pat LaFrieda for certified Black Angus beef for such dishes as Prime Bone-in Ribeye, Filet Medallions au Poivre and Guinness Braised Short Ribs. Of course, the freshest of seasonal seafoods are also prominent on the evolving dinner menu served until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Share several diverse land-and-sea appetizers, including long-cut marrow bones roasted with aromatic mushroom gremolata – plus salads and brick oven pizza – during a discounted happy hour, or enjoy choices that include Kobe Sliders with Truffle Parmesan Fries, Octopus Terrine and Smoked Gouda Lobster Mac until midnight each Friday and Saturday.

Wine aficionados – and novices – can explore an uncommon selection of more than 40 by-the-glass vintages at this cool, contemporary wine bar. Choose from 5-ounce, 2.5-ounce or 1-ounce pours, delivered via a high-tech dispensing system. “Guests are able to create their own wine tastings,” notes Executive Chef/owner Giuseppe “Joe” Grisafi. Well-informed servers can make recommendations, and an extensive list of premium domestic and imported bottles is available. Not a grape nut? Not a problem. Twenty-four rotating draft beers, bottled craft brews and signature cocktails quench any thirst with style.
