INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz. gin
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz. honey
1/4 oz. lemon juice
Splash grapefruit juice, bottled or fresh squeezed
Lemon peel twist for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Fill a rocks glass with ice and set aside. Pour gin, elderflower liqueur, honey, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice into a shaker with ice. Give it a few vigorous shakes and strain into the glass. Top with the lemon twist
and enjoy.
